Question concerning the "Vault"

I posted my question about the Vault, that was added February 9, 2026

In Lo's Discord, but no one really had an answer.

I figure I would post the question here before opening a Support ticket.

I was able to retrieve & enable the free Premium that LO had recently provided to  everyone. (Thamks LO)
But noticed that I have, what appears to be 200 G1C available. 

 

Question:

1) The   "1/1    200 G1C " indicates that I have 200 G1C that has not been retrieved yet.
    Am I understanding this correctly ?

2) If I do have 200 G1C, how do I retrieve it ?
    There is nothing on the Vault page to indicate HOW to retrieve it.

If an LO staff member can provide an answer here, that would be great.
If not, I understand that Support might be the best option to answer this question.

Update:

 

Not sure if this is related to my above post, 
but looking back in the forum posts from May 19th,
 

 

There was a redeem code available for 200 G1C ????

 

I just tried to redeem it on the Marketplace website, but the message said it has expired.
Most unfortunate.

Anyway, hopefully an LO staff member can shed some light on what is displayed on my Vault.
I remain optimistic.  "for now"

The Legends redeem code, wasn't that when they released the Legends update/patch earlier?

 

I'm pretty sure that they had an expire date written when they announced it, but I can't say 100% for sure. Not that it helps you a lot, but I am certain that it was the case

I checked my YouTube and I made a video in March this year about the Legends patch so it's a 4-5 months old redeem code.

Did you redeem it on any other char? it's one of the items that shows across all vaults, but can only be redeem on one char.

For whatever reason it will show 1/1 on every charcter even after its taken and does not disaper

I have only been using one char exclusively for some time now.

The notation 1/1 200 G1C is what's confusing.

 

Prior to redeeming the Premium, the notation was   1/1 Premium,
now the notation  is 0/1 Premium, which I guess indicates that the Premium was successfully retrieved.

The new support system they launched is quite good actually and the response period is not that long in my opening, at least when I contacted them. I suggest you open a ticket anyway to be sure. It can't hurt and if there's a problem, it's better to get it fixed so you can play with the premium or getting the 200 G1C you're referring to. ^...^

Hi there, The G1C was automatically credited in your account without the need to claim it in your vault.

That's just a visual bug, but the G1C was delivered correctly.

I wanted to share this, if anyone else was wondering how the G1C is obtained.
