Thanks for the update but I HATE the new rank icons and rather stick with old rank 255 icons - they are slick!

That shouldn't be difficult to implement, neither breaks the game.

Imo the current 190r should be the last one as it symbolizes the factions themselves. Current ones is fine tho as them symbolize factions animals on city emblem.
