Since you already forbid us to comment it, lets make it official topic where we can say our opinion regarding it. 
So 8 hours ago you said 5 hours ago servers are back online. 3 hours of another silence, nothing has happened. At least keep us posted. First it was within 1 hour then again within 1 hour then again within 1 hour. Here we are 48 hours later....

Will you prolong those 2 hours of free jts for Halloween event which was stripped from us for servers being down? Or will you simply remove Halloween event as nothing has happened?
Do you understand that population will suffer, as soon as your game is not up within 24hrs. Now it is 2nd day 48 hrs + and you guys still didn't give eta for servers being back up.
When someone says pop drops, it is because of things like this where you leave your entire community in the dark without sufficient information. 
You don't need to post us up every 1hr but every 3-4 hours would be great.
Fix that shiit already! Tnx
