WaltEffect 2 Posted October 10 (edited) Special Operations Bureau is the tactical unit of San Paro, The teams are deployed to take on high-risk scene, such as barricaded suspects and armed robberies They also deploy at the request of other law enforcement agencies and participate in joint-law enforcement operations as well with, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and San Paro Sheriff's Office.
