Under the City Security Act Law Led by Commander Walt, the task force is aggressive and ruthless They are involved in illegal activities such as impounding cars from street racers, and stopping shooters from creating chaos inside the city, The concept of High Speed Task Force was Created by Mayor Jane Derren, San Paro's youngest ever mayor.
