Not received "AMG-556 "Euryale"

The problem is that I haven't received my "AMG-556 "Euriale". I filled the entire loyalty bar, but I still haven't received the weapon. Probably some error occurred, but no one is helping me. I have screenshots where you can see that the low loyalty bar has disappeared, and a screenshot of my transactions, where you can see that I have collected the necessary materials for the bonus weapon.

1. I went into the Armas store. 2. I chose "25,000 Joker tickets", "N-SSW 74 "Kraken", "Joker TAS20 - Stock", "STAC 10 - Scope R&D III", "Connoisseur Weapon Skin", "PDW-57 "Kris". 3. I paid for everything, everything I bought came to my in-game email. The "loyalty" scale was also filled first by the "Joker" C9 "Hornet", and then it was filled to the end by the "AMG-556 "Euryale". I also received the "Joker" C9 "Hornet" weapon by email, but I didn't receive the "AMG-556 "Euryale" weapon.

 

I have screenshots where you can see that I filled the entire scale and the "loyalty" scale disappeared, and there is also a screenshot of the list of my purchases, where the sum of all purchases EXCEEDS the required limit for opening and receiving "AMG-556 "Euryale".
