SARD Anti-Cheat - Updater Splash Screen Stuck

After returning after a few years, I played 2 days with no issues. However, today, after launching the game and the SARD splash screen pops up (The updater) - it hangs. No errors, appears to still function but the game won't launch. I've tried running the Updater separately via the Binaries folder but that won't even launch it, or least that's how it appears.

 

I've seen other games have this issue with SARD, but no fixes shared. 

 

EDIT: After a few minutes it gives the error 'Something went wrong while updating files. Please try again, or contact support if the issue persists'.

No idea how I'd even contact SARD support, but hopefully someone in LO's support team can do so for me.

Well After a couple of days, I thought I'd bump this by saying that re-installing the game has done nothing to fix it.
