weird backup text? old config. help

Hi,

 

I've been using an old config for this game and realised I have a strange text for backup? how do I change it and which config ini file? It shows in game

INT?APBuserinterface.backupPending.CallForEscalation? (0/2).

 

if anyone knows what I need to change let me know thank you ~

It just shows the function call as a text, i suppose you'll have to use a newer config after the escalation update
