Money spended but no g1c

Hello, I wanted to buy the oscar and i putted in my acc 15$  when i ended all it says payment unseccesful so i tryed it again and it says the same did it one more time and it says the same i fell something weird so i enterd my bank account and i see my bank is down 45$ and didnt get no g1c what can i do i submitted a ticket already but all my money are gone

I apologize for the inconvenience. Did this issue happen when purchasing G1C, or when purchasing the item with the G1C already credited to your account ?
