Captain Teemo 19 Posted July 13, 2018 say LO makes a change to something and players are inclined to make a ticket after...but those tickets are nothing more than general questions that should hog up the support queue. are there key staff members on the forum a user can contact to either get a simple answer? I know this might cause the same affect on the forums, but my thinking is "should I bother support with this or not". obviously, for example, i think no changes to user data should happen until the number of support tickets in the queue is low. This is because, when G1 had a lot of tickets, they didn't give lots of tickets the attention they should have deserved and issues were just instantly closed (not talking about ban related tickets). i hate to see this happen again given the queue is currently high. Aeronaut 647 Posted July 13, 2018 if the method they use to interact with the system allows it, they could try to do some analytics to see what questions are asked frequently, and then create a stickied post somewhere addressing them so they could quickly reduce the volume of those common questions being asked clogging everything up Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
