I had assumed that it would be part of an outfit in a clothing booth like a hat or a sock . Is 43 Rank too low ? the clothing menu reports 40/55 clothing.I want to buy the cigarette next for certain to go with /smoke, but this Cigar thing bugs me. I have a support ticket, and have not received the answer yet after a few days. I hope this is not my fault for not seeing something obvious. Once you've retrieved it from your mail, go to a wardrobe kiosk in social, its listed under accessories, no cost to add to an outfit. You simply unlocked the ability to purchase it, but don't worry, it's a free purchase. As mentioned above, go tot he wardrobe kiosk in the social district, and once you're in there, click the button that says something likeΒ "add new item". Go to the accessories tab and it should be there as a customizable item. Simply purchase it and add it to the desired outfit. Hope this was a bit more clear for you.
