Turn weapon reskins into skins. (New mechanic)

The idea would be to turn all those weapon reskins into weapon skins that you can change in your weapon.
For example:
-Ntec to Joker Cr-5, Vas R2 'Sword', etc
-Alig to Case KO.
etc.
That would make weapon skins cheaper, since it's just that, a skin.
Makes no sente that you have to pay that much for a weapon that it's just a reskin.
Also would be a good way for LO to make money adding new weapons skins over time.
