Everlasting trade ban?

[Pavura]

So I created a new character after long period of offline, I remember that it usually bans you for 3 days, but for some reason It's been 2 weeks now and I can't sell, trade or buy anything.

It kinda pisses me off that I'm playing without any mods, got like 300k $ at rank 80 and still driving this beginner slow-mobile Audi TT.

I've noticed few people have the same issue.
