I cant connect to the world server ?

Hello, I have a problem with my account when I try to connect to any characters, I'm waiting like 1min on "Contacting World Server ..."  and i get the message of server is on maintenance, Waiting 15 minutes ... -When i was playing last moments on the server crash of maintenance. I was playing with some friend and they get the same problem...
