apbgamer5 0 Posted July 18, 2021 I can't login to my account because of google authenticator because my phone is broken and I can't get code. The app was not linked to any google account. Since I couldn't log into the account I was having problems with, I sent an e-mail to G1 support with the e-mail of that account. Bambola 379 Posted July 18, 2021 I remember my husband managed somehow to recover most of the data, including SMS messages, from my broken phone by using some recovery software. Perhaps you can see if there is a way to do it yourself, too.
