Option to increase vehicle texture resolution

Yep, I said it - purely optional, hi-end users only. Ask the game to bake all vehicles' UV-mapped textures in double the resolution for that extra detail.

Same thing of course applies to characters.

I imagine, this is a great candidate for APB 7.4 update in Nov 2032
