Selali 1003 Posted May 25, 2018 Hey Gamers, Some of you have received a message that was from the older ticket system that asks if you had an open ticket to create a new one. This message went out a short time ago. If you have already made a new ticket using the new support portal, you do not need to make a 2nd one. As long as you have already created the ticket in the new support portal you are fine. We are dealing with a lot of new tickets.
