Did not receive item email after purchase at Armas Marketplace

I have bought the "Leather Ankle Boots" at Armas Marketplace for my Enforcer character during the server update.
It did cost me G1C and have record there but no item email have received. 
Please take a look.

it may be possible it went directly to your clothing locker did you check there?

or unlocked and you have to purchase it from the wardrobe, If it's not there i'd contact support if i were you.

As I have checked, mailbox, locker and wardrobe, no such item exists....
As I was lost where to begin with this bug/error yesterday... as the bug report within the game did not work ...
And thank you for your advice, I have just summitted a request to support
