Neon lights

Add option of neon lights on underside of cars.

Pros: Can make cars look more boy racery. Feels like your in a disco.

Cons: potentially piss taking trying to shoot feet under cars. 

Also  throwback to need for speed underground days.

I want this. I also want them to fix blob shadows on cars cause they don't exist anymore. 

 

wait actually the neon lights could be a blob shadow re-texture to include an emissive light effect for underglow

I always thought this would be a nice compromise for criminals. Give cops lights and sirens, crims underglow.

 

Only problem is that APB currently doesn't "do" dynamic lighting with its engine, so it'd need to be added in after the engine upgrade.
