Error 11002 issue, expired password

Hello,

I have the problem that i've re-made my password because of long inactivity.

Afterwards I tried to connect into my Steam account I had 2 years ago.

But it still shows me that i have Error 11002, also called expired password.

I also tried to make it into the Gamerfirst support, but my request didnt send, so I try it here now.

I would be happy of any response and looking forward reading and trying any ideas.

Since you reset the password on your account, I would then assume your steam account is tied to a different account. 

 

If you are unable to make a support ticket through the Support Portal, send an email with all the information you have directly to support@gamersfirst.com.

So, is there not a single chance to like unlock my steam apb account? I mean, you are the Team and you could just like send me the password to it?

Or any ohter chances, because i did not changed my steamacc ID once.

The steam account is only a link to a specific GamersFirst account, that account could use a different email than your actual Steam account. 

 

The support team will ask you for information to allow them to verify the ownership of the account before then allowing you to reset the password or the email it's tied to.

 

Passwords are never sent out to players.

 

I am a part of the Forum Moderation team and don't have access to the same tools as the Support Team, so I wouldn't be able to help with the support issues directly.

Okay, well then. Im sick of this issuse.

You can close this, then it shall be.

My old char got a legend now.

 

Thats kinda sad, ive paid like 20€ on it. and farmed around 300mils on ingame cash.

This issue is done for me now.
