Hello everyone, i have a question, 

If i have account in pc not steam i can online in ps4 in same account ??

I don't believe that accounts are cross platform like that, I could be wrong. I think that PS4/XBOX have their own accounts based off that acc name, while Pc is based off of steam/g1 downloader.

No. PC players that do not use Steam, are registered though Emails, and not cross platform.
