(no, the "eu is up now" doesn't mean that.) if you are on about the new servers - you'd see a noticeable decrease in ping. but here we are. what do you expect though? less than a week ago the servers didn't clear the customs yet. stuff takes time. sadly. i feel like this is pretty rushed and that the move should've only happened when it was smooth for EU too - since this is where most of the players are/were. however, the current delays are understandable if you've ever had to deal with customs.
