Account seems to be tradelocked for unknown reason

Hello,

 

An unusual move for me but seen it is restricting me in APB I'll make a topic here.

 

My main account seems tradelocked for no apparent reason.

I can't trade nor put items on the market, but I do not get a message of "3 days trade lock" which usually happens after a windows update.

 

It has been a week now and it is restricting my gameplay.

 

What can I do?

 

My main character on this account is HenkTheTank.

If you're not getting that message and no time info when hovering over the attachment icon in a new mail ingame, then it's probably a permanent lock.

Contact support, hopefully they can explain it to you why this was done.

Interesting, wouldn't know why to be honest.

 

I have already contacted support but I've heard 2 months waiting time and have been adviced to also make a topic.

 

Thank you for your fast answer, I'm very curious why and how I can resolve this issue.

More like 17 days as explained in 

Making a topic also doesn't really improve your support response times either. If it's been more than the time mentioned in the last post of the thread linked above send a reply to the ticket.

Send a reply to your ticket asking for an update,. That does indeed seem to be taking too long
