Unanswered ticket request

Hi guys, Last Friday I sent a ticket to the assistance because I didn't add any weapons that I bought and I still haven't received a reply.

it's normal?

Usually how long do they take us to answer?

I'm very sorry to inform you that due to issues in the past we are still working through the backlog of tickets in an effort to bring down the response times as quickly as possible.
