moonzinho 0 Posted August 20, 2019 so i'm creating this forum post because i'm lost, i need help because i'm having trouble logging in to my account, i already opened 4 tickets, one is already over 10 days ago and no one answered any of my tickets, a friend advised me to create a post here and put the ticket number that someone would help me, to explain the situation briefly, I played on the BRAZILIAN server, it was closed, the accounts were automatically migrated to the G1 server, but I have NO more access to my email and i need to change, that's basically it ticket id: # 99728 Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

I'm very sorry to inform you that due to issues in the past we are still working through the backlog of tickets in an effort to bring down the response times as quickly as possible.
