Retrieving Character Failed after merge nekrova finished

Hi!
More than 6 hour ago Nekrova merge was finished, but some players and me still can't get access to their characters.
After logging in game shows message "Character info request failed (error code 4)" (The first screenshot)
Also my character didnt have huge amount of apb$ or JT (2nd screenshot, unfortunattely I don't have any chance to show JT amount or date of screenshot, but it was my last screenshot before merge)
So, I guess it was merge mistake and hope you can help and solve this problem. I already made request in support, but I managed message here because I am not only one who have got this problem (Screenshot 3)

UPD This problem is solved with my account, but I don't know what about other players.
