When will they be created on a South American server?

I make this claim because I always have at least 215 ms and that is lag 
compared to those who have 40 ms or 20 ms, I invested money in the game, 
but you do not realize that there are players from South America we are 
almost half of the server Jericho and also why not put the game in several 
languages as it was before? they would have to put it in several languages 
again, I prefer Spanish and please give a reasonable response, at least make 
a server called Union of South America I am from Argentina

we are almost half of the server or half because they cannot be a server in South America and I see it very meaningless that they have taken out the languages at the beginning of 2018, I know that it was gamersfirst but they can put the languages back if they are even  in an APB folder I see very ridiculously that the only languages are English and Russian friend

In jericho there's a lot of brazilians, argentinians, peruvians. easily could fill the 80 players, and have less latency.
