Bought a Juggernaut Strike Pack (and a bit more) and haven't received them

I bought a Juggernaut Strike Pack as well as an Account Lifetime NTEC 5 PR2 and a couple pieces of clothing. I have not received any of them in the mail yet.
Has anyone come across these types of problems yet? I already submitted my ticket along with a proof of transactions screenshot

Try logging out and logging into the game you should receive them.

It's account bound, it been 14 hours since i bought the items, already logged out and what not, the items should be there no matter the time and day after puchase

Oh, wait for a reply from support. Support times can get real nasty. I suggest you pm someone from customer support on the forums.
