    It did work before this update, as our clan was still able to witness criminals on the 19th of December 2023, but now this is no longer possible. I just checked myself a few moments ago to confirm that this is really broken -> and yes, I was unable to activate any mission against any criminal doing open world crime (while it did tell me I "witnessed a criminal" it did not start a mission, only got a notification and that is all).

    This is pretty bad for our police RP clan, as we play this small open world part of the game exclusively and now no longer can do that.  So we all hope very much that this gets fixed soon.

    you can only witness crims playing in a group lol think little orbit broke it when trying to disable 1v1 missions

    it doesnt need 2 perfect nades lol ive stunned groups of people either by blind firing or just narrowely getting them on the blast radius

    then lose every 1v1 with someone using a 45ap ok, i dont understand why someone would be against an accuracy buff of the tg8, when you have people running around with 45aps and fbw with max fire rate and not suffering from the same accuracy bloom the tg8 has

    there was a mod back in RTW times called "energizer" and basically was an anti LTL mod, and it was removed after the stabbas got nerfed because it would essentially make someone unstunnable, maybe you can talk later about having an anti LTL mod when the stabbas get a massive buff?
