I cant play a game from 2010 with 60 fps. WHY? pls fix the engine, the game, all. Im tired to wait a miracle

the game is dead and the engine never was actualized or optimized from 2010-2012. You will alway have lag and they never fix it

I post this in the bugs tag, but nobody answer or help me. I send a ticket to support the last week, and nobody answer me. I cant play for this error. Pls help
