Let's be Honest, the Community shock they experienced only came because of the probability of them missing any Experience with PvP Online shooter Communities. This community has always been like this and not even LO will ever change that. Let's be honest, this community is like the silly person child of the League of Legends and Dota 2 community. And i don't believe anyone actually enjoys playing this, we are mostly just here because of the lack of alternatives.

It is not even in a Grey Area, the game is blatantly not Pay 2 Win, it is Freemium, yes that word is a thing. Stop even thinking about any possibility of it being pay 2 win.

Generally no, not for APB. The APU are a bargain but not exactly that great for gaming. My advise would be to go for a 7th Gen Intel, the prices for those dropped extremely thanks to AMD stealing half their market share. or get a Ryzen 7 CPU. Sure you pay more but the APU will show it's age really fast, even if it was released earlier this year, within a year or so they show their age. Invest more and have something fast for longer.

The PRoblem resides, both NEED to be heavily nerfed or removed, in the current state they just break the game more then they help.

Well, as it was said, it is not a bug. That's simply the Optimization of effects and the nature of explosions in PC Games when those explosions are not scripted events like in a CoD or BF campaign.

The Spawn system in general needs be reverted or overhauled, as we said in the past, the Car Spawner broke the spawn system. And the Remote detonator is plain infuriating, Rage potential on par with Quickswitching. Imo, both should be removed or heavily reworked.
