    A comunidade Portuguese Task Force [PTF] - Portuguese Community of Cybergaming esta a recrutar novos membros para se juntarem as suas fileiras. Somos uma comunidade que começou no Close Beta do APB - All Points Bulletin. Inicialmente conhecidos como GOE. Neste momento parte dos nossos membros voltaram ao activo. Jogamos casualmente, pois muitos de nós já não temos o tempo que tínhamos a uns anos atrás. Aceitamos malta de todas as idades, desde que cumpram as regras. Jogamos também como pessoas de outros países mesmo que não pertençam a comunidade - É uma questão de mandarem mensagem privada e jogamos juntos.

    Abaixo as Condições de admissão e regras da comunidade. Dentro da nossa comunidade possuímos algumas regras específicas:

    1. Regras de Recrutamento:

    • É obrigatório ser Português ou Luso-Descendente;
    • Não deve ser considerado as skills do jogador como parâmetro de recrutamento;
    • O jogador deve mostrar maturidade como também vontade de jogar em equipa;
    • Uso de Discord (Serviço de comunicação por voz);

     

    2. Regras do Discord:
     

    • É proibido criar spam nas salas do servidor, por outra palavras passar música sem consentimento dos outros jogadores da sala, falar alto/gritar
    • É favor de não abusar da linguagem menos apropriada
    • É proíbido comentários racistas, xenófobos ou anti-semitistas a outros jogadores da comunidade
    • É favor ao entrar numa sala evitar criar confusão caso os jogadores presentes se encontrem em jogo
    • Boa educação é o lema da casa

    The Portuguese Community Task Force [PTF] - Portuguese Community of Cybergaming is recruiting new members to join its ranks. We are a community that started in the Close Beta of the APB - All Points Bulletin. Initially known as GOE. At this time some of our members came back to ative.We play casually, because many of us no longer have the time we had a few years ago. We accept people of all ages as long as they follow the rules. We also play with people from other countries even if they do not belong to the community - It's a matter of sending a private message and playing together.

    Below are the Admission Conditions and community rules. Within our community we have some specific rules:

    1. Recruitment Rules:

    • It is mandatory to be Portuguese or Luso-Descendente;
    • The player's skills should not be considered as a recruitment parameter;
    • The player must show maturity as well as willingness to play as a team;
    • Use of Discord (Voice Communication Service);


    2. Discord Rules:

     

    • It is forbidden to create spam in server rooms, on the other hand, to pass music without the consent of other players in the room, speak loudly / shout
    • Please do not abuse the less appropriate language
    • Racist, xenophobic or anti-semitic comments are forbidden to other community players
    • Please enter room avoiding confusion if present players are in play
    • Good education is our motto

Now having said that, I do think we need to make these options available in the game, we need to put them in. We need to allow players to change the colour of the crosshair for low accessibility, and low processing reasons (Editorial: He meant low processing power.). That’s something that we should be putting in. While we appreciate the community doing the leg work, we feel it should come from our side, because it’ll not only look better, it’ll come from us, it’ll work properly and won’t be flagged by our anti-cheat. It’s a slippery slope to say “sure, you can mess with the components of the game”.

    Tought you were taling about crosshairs. I am sorry.

    The fact that you had in other posts, articulated Little Orbits immediate objectives;

    • ·         Performance

    Has been a confirmation for many in the playerbase, that your team is committed to;

    • ·         Fair & Competitive gaming experience

    Just to add a thought;

    There have been many questions posted related to;

    • ·         Macros (either software AutoIt/ AutoHotkey or hardware mouse/keyboard)
    • ·         Overlay Crosshairs
    • ·         Boderland Shaders (3 different versions I believe)
    • ·         Different Shaders
    • ·         Modifiying certain .ini files

    External changes (outside of the delivered product),
    to provide, a different experience, other than 3rd party Voice COMM software.

     

    As of now, the “Advanced Launcher” is the only non-APB service/product that has been approved
    by your team.

    You have made it clear, that there are some “features” that LO would like to incorporate
    into the APB game, so as ALL, have access (And we are all on the same Playing Field),
    without the use of any 3rd party products or services to enhance our gaming experience.

    I look forward to the future changes in the coming year.

    I am myself a sniper. I have always been since CB, since 2010. I don´t think this gun should get a nerd in terms of damage but it should have some mechanism that would prevent the user from jumpshooting or quickswitching. Its a sniper it should have High damage and low rate of fire....if people want to do jumpshoots use the sitting duck or any other scout as it has been in the past. Keep going Little Orbit!
