forum accounts should have their threat tied to them and silvers should be restricted into posting in the new players forum or a new special subforum called "tard talk"

@MattScott Will name conflict be handled like Hoplon merge (inactive/dead/unmerged characters still have priority on jericho) or like the first merge (active character gets name, if both are active the higher level / more playtime character gets the name) would suck to have a high rank on Han and get a forced namechange because of some unmerged rank 9 that hasn't been logged into for 3 years

slr with cj2 is already better than the ntec so i'd just laugh at the hvr players being crippled
