    As for your bullshoot argument of: "Hur dur dur it's been TWO WHOLE MONTHS", nobody cares about your impatience.  LO has already done more in the span of the few months they've owned APB than G1 did in the span of over a year.  They've also acknowledged the fact that shotguns and the like need more balancing, and that they're currently working on improving said mechanic. 
    Give them time.  They're a production team, not your fairy god-mother.

    There have been multiple real-life scenarios where the FBI has shot perps in the feet and ankles by shooting underneath said perp's car.  This has been a thing for awhile...
