Yesterday almost the whole of Waterfront didn't get a mission for about 45-60 minutes. There were like 30 people playing bumpercar at the gas station. Will post screenshots later. It's been like this since a couple of days where this happens a couple of times every day. It's like the matchmaking breaks or something. Let's also not talk about the ridiculous amount of speedhackers running around last days.
