Y'all are a disgrace, you make a whole post about the matchmaking system Improved matchmaking stability for World Server matchmaking. i log in, press k, instantly match 1vs1 against a lvl 230 gold as a silver lvl 100, no escalation\backup option , just pull the plug on this game, the way you handle this game is unbearable and it's getting impossible to "look the other way" of your disrespect to your "playerbase"

i installed the game againlast week.i've been trying to update the gane so i can finally play it.. but it's downloading at such low speed like 2.00 to 120 kb at best i kept the launcher running all night.. got up to 4% highest it has gotten.. any suggestions https://gyazo.com/7d92e55a22f62f7db9872fe1be404f71
