Thats why i cant login?

There is a server maintenance on Wednesday but i cant login from tuesday tried to login on Wednesday but it says Servers maybe down for maintenance. P.s: My internet is working good.

I cant spawn after the map loads. When i press the spawn icon a loading icon just keeps rotating.

I just wanna know that if i use the APB Advance Launcher for Configuration, can i get a ban. Because in APB people are getting banned for several thing so i just wanna be safe from a ban...
