Last status update. I've deleted BattleEye Folder and deleted BattleEye whatsoever. I've launched the game with no issues. It works. But there comes the question - will I get banned for not using BE when playing the game? I do not intend to cheat or anything, I just want to enjoy the game. I won't be online until I get the answer, because I don't want to be banned.

Soooooooo....Even farther status update - it seems like BattleEye causes the crash...Is there any fix to that?

Aight..So I've found an issue back then. I had one corrupted audio file dropped into my playlist - so APB couldn't handle it and caused the crash. But then after the latest update same thing happened again, so I've tried to delete all the music and try this thing you've said - it doesn't work. Either I did something wrong, or just playing this game is not possible for me whatsoever...

Yes, I've also tried to google it, but it doesn't seem like anyone else is having this issue, since pretty much all of them get the "error" ingame, while I can't even launch it.

So after the update everything was fine. But today I started having an issue - it just blue screens the crap out of my Windows. I've tried to repair, reinstall the game, updating my drivers, etc. Nothing works. It was a nice week of playing the game, I guess..:D If anyone could help - I'd appreciate. My PC specs: ASUS ROG G750JZ-QB71-CB Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4700HQ CPU @ 2.40GHz 24.0 GB RAM NVIDIA GeForce GTX880M 4GB 1920 x 1080 60Hz
