Errrhmm help

So guys i had a problem, i dont know if it happen only to me or its a server problem but like two days i can't log on APB:RE 

 

cause of it Error Code 9. Dunno why i checked my stuffs and all seems perfectly even call at my net prov they said all its working fine

 

so if anyone can log in, could help me to solve this suposed error .-. thanks.

 

Also already sent a ticket but there's no answer..so great support .-.
