Would work like the car respawn timer, one loadout change during respawn every maybe 2 minutes. -Allow previewing stuff you don't have. For example, kits on already customized cars. -Allow more passengers in pickup trucks (plenty of space in the back if you ask me. The VERY CLEAR downside is that you can get shot.
