JERICHO server is unstable (MS high/ packet loss high/ FPS drops)

I read in several places of the forum people talking about DDoS attacks to the servers and complaining about the extreme instability of the server, is there any temporary solution available? Any patch fixes on the way? 
the community should agree with me when I say that an immediate solution for the servers is priority, with the hype and big plans for APB better worked servers would be ideal, we would not like the situation to go back to how it was before little orbit took over APB ...

I've actually noticed a significant decrease in lag today compared to the past few days. I can't talk for everyone, but I didn't rubberband/teleport once in my 3 hour session today.
