Reflex Sight 3 has a description error when referring to it's drawback.

Description: Reflex Sight 3 has a description error when referring to it's drawback. It currently states "Substantially benefit of marksmanship mode" when it should read "Substantially reduces benefit of marksmanship mode".

Game Version: 1.19.6.791614

Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch the game.
2. Enter any district, and inspect Reflex Sight 3's description
3. Notice that the drawback listed in red has an error, where it reads "Substantially benefit of marksmanship mode"

How many times have you recreated this bug: 4/4

Expected results: It should read "Substantially reduces benefit of marksmanship mode"
