Emily 182 Posted 4 hours ago Hello everyone, Just to give a bit more update on the situation: A major power surge at our EU data center caused a brief outage and damaged some minor equipment. A small fire was immediately contained, and there was no data loss or major infrastructure damage. We are bringing servers back online as they clear inspection and will be ordering replacement hardware to restore full capacity as quickly as possible.
