Character locked for no reason

Hi,

 

logged off yesterday evening. came back today, logged in and getting the Message, my Characer is stuck in a Social blablabla and is locked for 15 mins.

Trying to get in for about 3 hours now.

- Repair option through Launcher done

- Installing GFAC again

 

still the same issue.

 

Someone can help me? Thanks!
