Why not create a system that allows players to level up from any district?

We all know that the game is dead, and there are very few people playing. You can never have both financial and waterfront at the same time. 

So that would be the best idea.

Just wanted to say I agree whole heartedly with being able to Pledge Cross District seeing as Waterfront is below 5 people on both sides making it Impossible for someone like me to level up the "new" contact seeing as I've not really played APB for like 10+ years meaning I won't be able to unlock any of the stuff that came with Lynette

the game is not completely dead however because there seems to be around 144 players online the past 2 days I've played according to Steamchart but that's besides the point.

MCD DISAPPROVES OF THIS POST!! Since most of the remaining playerbase is silver, they tend to "avoid" Waterfront since the skill ceiling is higher than Financial. The outcome of your scenario would result in Waterfront no longer being played. I recommend joining MCD Clan.

WF does require a higher skill beings range and distance without cover are higher.

However Sir the majority of the NA player base is Gold due to LO locking threats on legit accounts.

WF is hazy, longer missions for no more pay. 

 The whole cross dist mm was suppose to be like what this poster said, working on one district's 

contacts from the other district. Not matching people from 2 or more of the same district. 

I mean ya can't fill one district why would you have a significant amount in a second district?

n if ya did it's because those people don't want to be around the toxic cheaters running the game. 

CDMM might help if we had a pop, but that will only happen if they release another contact.

Then the only ones who will come back will be gold already just topping off their max rank. 

Then its back to low to no pop.

They need new contacts and a new anticheat and threat segregation. They need to fire their staff

and rehire from outside the community to avoid harassment of legit players.

It needs to be a legit friendly game not a hacker friendly conspiresy. 

Not just the contacts but the joker side daily jobs should be accessible from both districts. 

Just that in itself would bring in more and i would be more willing to throw myself against knowns

for a few tickets. Cause All missions have a gold in it, so we cant come up while LO owns it. 

Even with a half full server the mm is always 2 bronze v 1 or 2 golds. 

LO hates legits, period.
