This is what i get whenever i try to enter the game. It occurs since last update. Any help?

I have the same issue and struggling with that and can't play the game i have done everything and nothing changes i did reinstall the game i did research on youtube nothing have been seen, 
maybe someone know how to fix i would like for help.
