Chrissikaboowm 0 Posted March 25 Hello Guys, i have made my APB account almost 10 Years ago. Now the E-Mail i used for registration got hacked. I still have my 2FA on my Smartphone, if i want to change the E-Mail they want to send an E-Mail to the one that i used for registration. Is there a way to change email without using my old E-Mail ? I dont have the Paypal-Account that i used to buy G1C anymore so i dont have any Transaction-Codes. I remember that they ask for some transaction codes to proof that this is my account. does somebody know how to solve this? I spend a lot of money in that account and dont want to loose it... Thanks for you help xoxo

Thanks for you help xoxo If your email got hacked that you used before then only email provider can help to retrieve it, but it might be a lost cause if who ever hacked it changed all the info. Only option is to provide proof to email provider that it's your email which they ask and they see login info to that email so if they notice abnormal login out of your Country/City then they can try to validate it with you. That's the only option to get old email back there are no other ways. Nowdays it's good to use 2-factor authentication to email which you log off. Don't ever give anyone your emails (except for job things) that you use with credit card etc. (and i mean to random person) not company. Edit: G1 can't send you verification mail to another email it's a huge nono security issue. You need to find a way to retrieve your email that you used before or sadly create a new account and start from fresh. Edited Thursday at 12:38 AM by Markz Just enhancing reply.
