Trade BAN

Apparently, after I bought G1C, I got a trade ban. I would like to try to resolve this issue.

 

I really enjoy playing APB and want to continue, but without trading, the game would become unplayable.

 

I opened a ticket but haven't received any response; it's been 7 days.  TICKET: 63975
