Game stuck on splash screen...

Fresh windows install
Fresh APB installation
was working yesterday (launched it once) now it doesnt want to start

it says "Not responding"

and is stuck on this

no configs has beed used except advanced apb launcher...

Figured out the reason it was localization files i copied from other game client... whic his weard AF but who cares...

EDIT: can be closed
