This update is one of the largest updates that we have ever shipped so we are expecting to run into some issues that we are going to have to address. MageLO 88 Posted August 14 We have just published our SARD FAQ Blog post. We advise everyone to carefully read through it and make yourselves familiar with our updated Config/File changes guidelines. Additionally, we are aware of an issue that is causing some players to be unable to launch the game while Steam is running in the background. We are currently investigating this issue and are working on a fix, in the meantime please follow these steps to work around the issue: Option A: Close the Steam application when launching APB: Reloaded. Option B: Locate your APB install on your drive if you have downloaded the game through steam this will most likely be: \Steam\steamapps\common\APB Reloaded From there open the folder called "Binaries". Right click the APB.exe and create a shortcut. Right click the Shortcut and select properties. Now add the following at the end of the Target Path: -nosteam Note: There needs to be a space between the last " of the Target path and the -nosteam launch argument. Until then do not expect the Account-wide ARMAS versions of the clothing bundles to be purchasable as well as the Mirage Police lights being locked. MageLO 88 Posted August 17 We're going to be deploying another hotfix patch tomorrow morning at 9 AM UTC. The servers should be back up and running after one hour. Patch Notes: Disabled the following missions from spinning up on Waterfront: DIRTY WHITE COLLARS, NOT IN MY BACKYARD, ANTISOCIAL NETWORKING, BANG FOR YOUR BUCK, PINEAPPLE COCKTAIL, INTERNAL AFFAIRS. MageLO 88 Posted August 18 While we're working on a fix to the APB.exe you can do the following to launch your game with your selected configs: Open the APB Launcher Click Repair and let the Repair process run. Once its done repairing keep the launcher open and apply your configs. Once you've applied your Configs click "Launch" in the Launcher and it should launch with the configs applied Note: This does not support Localization edits as those require a specific launch argument to be used. 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
MageLO 88 Posted August 18 We have reduced the District capacity down to 80 players per district from 100. We've made this change to help with server stability as many players have reported an increase in latency as well as High Server MS as of the launch of Version 1.31. MageLO 88 Posted August 18 Attention owners of the ARMAS Mirage Police Lights If they still show up as locked after the Hotfix despite you having purchased the Lights on ARMAS do not repurchase the lights - We will be redelivering the packs to all owners in the near future which should unlock the ARMAS versions of the lights for you once claimed!
